When I first brought my Jack Russell home everyone told me that he’d never get along with my cats. He was just 6 weeks when I got him. One afternoon a few days after bringing him home he was asleep between my boyfriends feet when our big Persian Jr. came up and smacked him right on the nose. Of course the pup was stunned,next thing I know the dog goes streaking after the cat. All hell breaks loose under my bed,next thing I see is the dog running from under the bed,cat chasing the dog. IN A PLAYFUL way! Now they are best buddies. Its amazing to watch them play tag! We now have a new kitten who he loves to play with. It’s amazing how gentle he is with her!
When we first rescued our boxer pup he liked watching tv with us and one night we were watching nasdaq (don’t ask why, I think it got left on).You ever noticed the writing on the bottom of the screen that moves along the bottom? Well our pup would follow the words from one side of the screen to the other, then go around the tv and look at us like “hey! where’d it go?” He’d come back around and start it all over again, sometimes he did a couple laps around the tv before getting exhausted…it was funny.
My dog loves to sing to the piano and walk up and down the keys on my piano. Whenever we play a piece he will howl like a wolf.
